All Sales Are Final
At G7 Coaching, our mission is to help you transform your mindset, body, and discipline through elite-level coaching and accountability. Because each program is highly personalized and requires significant time, energy, and preparation from our coaches, all sales are final.
Once a payment is submitted, no refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances.
Commitment Policy
When you enroll in any G7 Coaching program, you are committing to show up fully — mentally, physically, and financially. We commit the same level of dedication to you.
Each spot in our private coaching programs is limited and often in high demand. Accepting your enrollment means another applicant may be turned away. For this reason, we cannot accommodate cancellations or early withdrawals.
Program Access
Upon purchase or acceptance into a coaching program, you will receive full access to all agreed-upon materials, sessions, and communication channels. It is your responsibility to attend scheduled sessions and complete check-ins on time.
If you miss or reschedule a session, please note that missed sessions do not roll over and are not refundable.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be issued in the rare case of:

Duplicate payments due to a technical error

A verified processing issue caused by our payment platform
All other requests including dissatisfaction with progress, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances do not qualify for a refund.
